I sms A on her 25th birthday, only to get the reply the next day. Reason?????? Because her phone keypad got problem and she was lazy to sms......
Today is B's 25th birthday..... sms her at around 5 pm but till now no reply from her. I guessed I am just so stupid to be waiting for her sms. My sms to her a few days ago was also unreplied. She was always buzy with her work. She can't reply sms but how come she can post message to me in her Facebook? Why????? I don't really understand...... She needs to finish up her job before going for a holiday in HK but she was never free since started working...........
I don't understand..... Piggy, can you help me?

Moody

Was quite happy today as Siong's will be back tommorow after his 2 weeks' of reservist. But..... was scolded by a spinster from sales at my company. Early in the morning, she called and requested for a retest for a sample. By then, I was a bit moody. I retested and resent her the updated report right away..... because it was my mistakes to have make such a stupid mistakes. Then she called again...... the month of the report was wrong..... She said: "You are so terrible leh!!!!! Make so many mistakes".......................................................................................
I'm terrible??????? What have I done to be deserve that kind of hurting words????? I was totally speechless and tears began rolling down my cheeks. I tried to control myself as I do not want my colleagues to notice me crying. I went to the toilet to refresh myself.
Later, that spinster email my team leader telling her about my mistakes. I saw the email but I don't bother to read..... Not a single people know that she had shouted to me earlier.... I was terribly depressed.......
While I was still sad about the incident, I went to Jurong Point to buy Siong a watch. Because he was very very tired from his army training. I wish I could cheer her up!!!!!!!!
Can't wait until tommorow when I get to see him.......

Day 4 @ HK (20 May)

Our journey started around 8am because we had bought our ferry ticket to Macau at 10am. We had our breakfast at Wing Hop Shing Restaurant at Sheung Wan. It was a typical coffee shop in HK.
Our toast
Beef sandwich

My favourite instant noodles. Due to lacking of sleep, I had no appetite to finish my noodles.

Next, we boarded our ferry at Shun Tak Ferry Terminal at Sheung Wan. It took around 1 hour to reach Macau. The ferry was fully air conditioned. They also sell instant cup noodles and sandwich. Barely 10 mins in the ferry, I was seasick through the whole journey. Siong and I had separate seat as we did not present two tickets to the seat allocator.

This is the Macau Immigration. After we reached Macau, Siong went to the visitor information office to obtain some maps. We did not take the cab but we took the bus instead. As we were about to board the bus, I asked the bus driver whether they were going to St Paul's church. He replied , " Where?" in a rude manner. Because I do not know the Chinese name for the church, he shouldn't be rude. Luckily, there was this uncle who told us that he will be going to that area.
Shopping place before reaching St Paul's church

Nearing the church.

This is not the St Paul's church but a church we managed to spot along the way.

Inner design of the church

Finally, we reached St Paul's church. It was raining since morning.

Back part of the church

The tiny me. The picture was taken from top by Siong.

Those were the picture taken inside the building where there were lots of monuments. It was creepy and I pestered Siong to leave faster. As I was still seasick. I did not really enjoy the whole trip today.

We walked around despite the rain. There was not much shopping to be done. We managed to spot this lousy casino on our way. We should have go to a high standard casino but we didn't as we do not know our way. And also casino was not our priority (We do not want to waste cab fare). Our bus ride was only HKD 5 each. Cheap????

The jouney back HK was disastrous. Our ferry was knocked several times by the waves. Seasick plus more seasick till I could not take it anymore. I vomitted..... water..... nothing came out. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I was so scared because of the wave. I do not want to be another Titanic.

We didn't have our lunch in Macau. Instead, we had our dinner in Sheung Wan (Mak's Noodles)

Next we went to Yung Kee and bought our roasted pigeon. We reached hotel at about 6.30pm where we had our pigeon while it was hot. This was the 1st time I savoured roasted pigeon. By then, my seasick subsided.

The night was also dissappointing as we could not see The Symphony of Light at Avenue of Stars as it was raining heavily.

Before we went back to the hotel, we had our double skin milk at Yee Shun Milk Company. I couldn't remember where but I think it was at Nathan Road. Mine was garlic which I hated and Siong's was red bean. Because Siong's do not want to order for me, I simply pinpoint to their specialty as recommended by the staff. I was angry as the staff was not helpful enough and Siong also reluctant to help as the menu was in Chinese. On our way back, I managed to get myself a dress

In summary, Day 4 was a disaster!!!!!

We slept at around 11pm.

Day 3 @ HK (19 May)

We woke up at 6.55am because we will be meeting Siong's classmate at Prince Edward MTR. We will be going to Lantau Island and Disneyland. It was raining when we woke up in the morning. After meeting them, we had our breakfast at Cafe De Coral. Coincidentally, 19 May was also Vesak Day.

We went to the Citigate to board Bus 23 to Ngong Ping Village. Siong's friends went to buy unbrella in Citigate as it was raining heavily.

We did not take cable car as Siong's classmate, Su Yee, afraid that the cable car might be malfunction.

We waited for around 10 mins for the bus to come. The ticket price was quite cheap though I don't remember the price.

The journey took about 45 mins up the winding and bumpy road.

It was a boring journey except for the view outside.

Finally, we reached our destination.

The Buddha from the bus stop view

The scenery was nice and cooling.
There were flight of stairs before we could reached the Buddha.

The flight of stairs could be taxing especially for those who seldom exercise.

The Big Buddha after the stairs. As we were climbing the stairs, we saw 2 women (I guess they were nun from their dressing) did what we usually saw in the TV..... kowtow and kneeling towards the Buddha..... so devoted.

It was windy because it started to drizzle.

This was the door to the inner part of the building.

Those were the little Buddha statues around the Big Buddha.

We did not have the vegetarian as planned because Su Yee bf is a Malay (tat's wat I guess because I didn't ask). Next, we went to the Ngong Ping Village as we needed to take the cable car. The cable car took only about 20 mins to reach the terminal. We wasted our bus tickets as we bought 2 way tickets earlier.
Ngong Ping Village where you could also purchase some souvenirs.
I bought 3 pcs of postcard to be posted back to myself. I used to do that when I visited Taiwan in 2006.

Here I am... ready to board cable car.

Me inside the cable car.

The scenery outside cable car. It was smoky outside due to the weather.

Us inside cable car.

The picture was taken using their terminal camera. There will be sign inside the cable car asking the passengers to get ready for photos to be taken when reaching certain terminal.

Then, we went to Citigate to do our shopping. We splitted ourself into 3 groups. Me + Siong, Su Yee + bf and Su Yee 2 other friends. Citigate is a wholesale shopping centre. Some of the branded items were damn cheap. Siong bought a pair of Nike shoes for about SGD 35. We had out lunch at Food Republic in Citigate (wonder whether this Food Republic is the same as the one in Singapore).

Wanton mee

Korean noodles

Me and Siong inside the train

At the Disneyland MTR.

The price for the ticket was HKD 300 beacause it was on Monday. We were told that there would not be any fireworks an that day due to SzeChuan earthquake 1 week anniversary. I was so disappointed.

This is the Disneyland entrance. It was still raining when we reached Disneyland.

We are ready to go!!!!!

Entrance fountain

Another entrance before we really got into the park

Rainy parade.

If it was not raining, the parade style will be in different style..... The characters will not be in the train shade.

This is the parade line.

Before it was our turn, we were told by the staff that Mickey will be going to answer a call...... Kakaka....Damn funny.... We were waiting under the rain and they went to answer the call?
Donald called him aar? I guess they just need a few minutes to breathe.... They went out from the building less den 3 mins to resume the photo taking session.

Us taking picture with Mickey and Minnie.

In order to get everybody ready for the pics, the Minnie pushed me quite hard into the crowd to get ready. I was really irritated.

Those were some of the photos taken during our boat ride in one of the land.
At around 8pm, we went back to our hotel. We took our dinner at Cafe De Coral as we were tired.

Siong's dinner

Siong's drink

My bubble milk tea

We slept at around 11pm that night.
