The 7th Day

Yippeeee.............

I had just finished my 20 episodes of The 7th Day (HK TVB Series). The plot of the story was very interesting though it might look boring during the first few episodes.

The story involved around 2 pairs of couples in the ups and downs of their love lifes. One pair was funny while the other was romantic. I like Nikki Chow and Kevin Cheng as a couple in this series. They were so sweet to each other.

Unfortunately, Kah Yan (Nikki Chow) had LFS which was inherited from her mother. This was the first time I heard of this term 'LFS'. LFS occurred because there was a mutation in one of the gene. Thus, the patient would suffer from cancer (NOT ONLY ONE CANCER BUT ONE AFTER ANOTHER!!!!!!)

Well......I was not quite sure as to whether the ending could be considered as a happy or sad. She managed to give birth to a healthy baby girl (of course, the baby was like an IVF baby because only the healthy cells were selected.......let them grow to a foetus before implanting into the mother). After spending 5 great years with Ah Wing (Kevin Cheng), she passed away leaving him and the daughter.

SO SAD............
