Glasswares

Every morning, we were required to keep all the glassware before we start any testing. Our CS team was required to keep half of the glassware. We were being complained by the QC team leader for not cooperating in keeping of glassware. Then you know what she do? She complained about this matter to the useless manager. Then what's more? She asked her attachment student keep only half of the glasswares. The rest were left for us. WHAT A TEAM LEADER!!!!! LOUSY PLUS CALCULATIVE!!!! I did help out before the complaint. But too bad lor.... She had blind eyes. Because the last batch of CS team didn't really help out..... We were shot!!!!! These happened last month.
And today.....
I needed to start ICP this morning. The stupid old machine need a warm up time for about 65 mins. Thus, the 1st thing I would do is to ask technician to change gas and open the valve outside. When I came back to the lab, all the glassware were well kept already.
Then...... Fiona asked Lay Nah, 'Is it because she needs to open the ICP that she don't need to keep glassware?'
!#$%&&**((&##$%^&*((()!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I was alone keeping the glassware, where was she? Somemore, the student kept only half of the glassware or only the pipettes....... After which, the student would go to her table and sit there all the way. Fiona would normally not helping around..... As normal, the student = QC staff.... She got a reprensentative to help her....
Just because she helped this morning, she complained to my team leader..... How about the rest of the day? The student was also supposed to clear all the glasswares as she was only an attachment student. They should not ask her to keep half of the glasswares only lor..... How come there were such people who like to draw line ar? I think hor..... The QC might as well draw a line separating the lab. Sometimes their behaviour was really overboard. I might as well don't help them run the samples for the ICP
